Aditya Kulkarni was born and raised in Pune, educated in Marathi medium — and has proudly called Ireland home for the past eight years, working as an IT consultant. A founding pillar of MHMI, he has been actively involved in every activity, cultural event, programme, and festival since the very beginning. His journey — from Ganpati Mandal karyakarta to MHMI Core Team member — has been as enriching as it has been transformative. Pankaj Sapkal grew up in Pune — a city synonymous with Marathi history, culture, festivals, and literary tradition — and has carried that pride to Ireland since 2022. A Technical Lead in IT, his deeper passion lies in community. What drew him to MHMI was simple — the feeling of togetherness it creates for every Marathi person far from home.
